Labor protection
Protection of child labor, juvenile labor and female employees

The use of child labor is prohibited, and underage workers and female workers are protected in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations

Practicing humane treatment

No cruel and inhuman treatment to employees, including any sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse of workers; respect workers’ freedom, and prohibit any form of forced or prison labor.

Prohibit discrimination

Employees have equal opportunities on issues such as employment, promotion and benefits, and any form of discrimination is prohibited.

Freedom of association / collective bargaining

Promote labor-management cooperation and respect employees' freedom of association according to law and the right to participate in collective bargaining.

Operating hours

Working hours are in compliance with laws and regulations, employees work overtime on the principle of voluntariness, and reasonable production plans are arranged to ensure that employees have at least one day off every seven days.

Wages and benefits

Employees’ salaries should meet or exceed all applicable salary-related laws and regulations, such as minimum wage, overtime wages, and statutory benefits. The salary payment message is communicated to employees through salary slips, and punitive wage deductions are not allowed.

Business ethics

Clean operation, fair transactions, open information, no illegitimate gains, respect for intellectual property rights, protect privacy, and do not use conflict minerals

Health, safety, working conditions and social welfare facilities

Provide safe and hygienic working conditions, living conditions and social welfare facilities to ensure the health and safety of employees

Environmental protection

Comply with local laws and regulations and environmental protection laws, and minimize the impact on environmental health and safety in production activities
